A spacious, peaceful and private retreat in Warkworth. Vaccine pass required. You will have your own entrance, bathroom, and private deck overlooking a beautiful garden. Wake up to morning sun and coffee on the deck...10 mins walk or 3 min drive to Warkworth village, its beautiful river, restaurants and cafes. Just a 15min drive to Matakana, beaches, bush walks and lake. I am fully vaccinated and the only resident in the main house. By the way the shower has great water pressure! Very spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, with a large ensuite bathroom. Top quality linens and towels. Small fridge, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee -making facilities. Milk and filtered water also supplied. Great bakeries, cafes and restaurants in Warkworth too ! The guest suite has its own entrance and key through French doors. You will have parking off-road for one car., and shops etc are very close. Regular bus service from central Warkworth. Either email me your vaccine pass before check in or Scan in on arrival. I will be available by txt if required but the guest suite is set up so you more than likely won’t need me. The guest suite has its own entrance and is well insulated from the main house. Quiet and leafy neighbourhood, an easy walk to town, birds welcomed. There is a bus stop about 10 minutes walk into Warkworth township. Off-street parking for one car. For nature lovers there are some beautiful bush walks nearby and my garden is designed to attract native birds.
