Clean town house to stay

it's a brand new town house with 3 bed rooms. You will be using a guest room with a double bed, your own ward drobe and your own bathroom. I stay only 2-3 nights at home per week and I hardly cook. Your own room, own bathroom, own toielt, TV area and the kitchen I'm available to be contacted by email, txt messages or phone calls at anytime when I'm not around. My place is within 5mins to a train station(by car), within 10mins to a bus station. 13mins to South Bank (by train), 22mins to Brisbane City(by train). 500m distance to walk to Woolworths, Nandos, BWS, fish and Chips, Aus Post office ect
