Comfy queen bed, well equipped kitchen with stove & microwave (inc cooking essentials), sep bathroom with shower. Laundry facilities include washing machine and your own clothesline. Free wifi throughout & free to air channels on the Smart TV. Guests have use of the driveway. No backyard but plenty of dog walking right out front. You will arrive to find some basic essentials already in place, tea, coffee and some fruit. There are many food outlets who deliver to the area and the closest supermarket is a 2 min drive away. We are happy to have children but don't feel there's enough room for younger babies. Please email us of you will have children to talk through in more detail. There is no backyard for dogs but plenty of dog walking, running, cycling opportunities right outside the front door along the mighty Cooks River. The studio is next door to our family home. We are a busy family of five so if you need us we're all yours but we'll leave you alone if you don't. There is also a very friendly dog on the property. There is no access to the backyard but we front onto a large oval next to the river. Heaps of green space, cycle and walking paths. We are blessed to be in close proximity to Marrickville's famous multicultural food, craft beer and independent coffee brewers. Our favourite place to walk is the Wolli Creek Reserve where you can see the bats swarming at sunset and take an occasional canoe trip into the mangroves. A lovely 15 min walk along the river to Tempe train station & 10 min walk to bus in the other direction. Close to airport with plenty of unmetered street parking.
