Beautiful chalet near woods & pond

The ‘Chalet de Patou’, both comfortable and modern, is located nearby a private pond surrounded by woods. It is perfect to go fishing or just to relax in a beautiful and quiet area. The chalet is brand new, comfortable, it’s a place where you will feel at home! It is in a quiet area, 100m from the pond but 200m from the road ‘rue du lotissement du bois de Chouet’. It is on the ground floor, independent, with a terrace facing North-west and the pond. The chalet includes: - 2 bed-rooms (a double bed, two twin beds), - 1 living-room (with convertible sofa, 1-2 pers.) and a fully-equipped kitchen - 1 bathroom with WC. The chalet has a fully-equipped kitchen, electric oven, hot plate (bottled gas & electric), hood, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dish-washer, washing machine, TV and electric heating system. You can also enjoy the terrace with garden table, BBQ and plancha. It is possible to fish in the pond, to relax with a pedalo boat (2 are available). There are also some ‘discovery’ treks around the pond. Go to 'Leycuras' village when you arrive (1km away), we will give you the key, and show you the way to the chalet. We live 1km from the chalet, you can contact us any time if you have questions. It is located in a quiet area in the nature, but close to shops, you are 5 km from the village of Pompadour (grocery shopping), 7km from Ségur le château, classified one of the ‘plus beaux villages de France’ (most beautiful villages of France). Corrèze is a region known for its heritage, gastronomy and nature. It is also 5km from Dordogne, another beautiful region. There is no public transport nearby. Closest are the train station in Pompadour (5km); and the 2 airports (Brive/Dordogne airport - 50km; Limoges airport - 75km).
