Kitchenette (fitted with electric hob, fridge and microwave) and shower room/WC on ground floor. Private covered terrace with barbecue, free access to the lovely peaceful grounds and river. Use of shared swimming pool. Free WIFI, TV/DVD with UK TV Sky channels. Minimum stay 7 nights, shorter stays on request. The Pigeonnier is s small apartment in a separate building in the grounds of the Moulin. Guests have a private terrace for meals and relaxation but also have the benefit of 2 acres of lovely grounds with badminton, table tennis and a 6 meter above ground pool, sunbeds and garden furniture. There is private parking for guests. Nonards is a small village with a local shop , tennis court, garden shop and a church. Beaulieu is 4 kilometers away and has doctors, supermarkets, chemists and many places to eat. The river Dordogne runs through the historic town with its old buildings and Ancient Abbey. The grounds are shared with the other apartments but there is plenty of space to have a quiet time or play games as desired
