The upstairs of a two storey villa overlooking the west beach of Pangandaran on the south coast of West Java. Private, airy and open with one AC bedroom, 2 fan cooled bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen & spacious terrace areas with sea views. Tropical garden & lawn inside a high wall, with ample parking area. Walking distance from supermarket, beach break surfing and swimming area, and boat rides to the white sand beach and Pananjung jungle reserve. Delicious breakfasts! Only the spacious upstairs of this villa is for rent, a total of more than 150m2. The ground floor is off limits, except for the times when we serve breakfast in the downstairs dining area. The owners are not available for any tour guiding or travel assistance. The neighbourhood is quiet and the local people are respectful towards visitors. However, at times it can be noisy at night or weekends due to cars and motorcycles, or on public holidays when there is an increase of visitors to the region. Ample parking within the fenced property. Bus terminal for local and inter-provincial transport is a fifteen minute walk away. Motorbikes and cars are readily available for rent nearby. We provide unlimited drinking water for guests’ use.
