DERI-newly converted barn with panoramic views

Deri is a luxury spacious 2 bedroom cottage. On the ground floor there is a wet- room, cloak-room and a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which looks out at the panoramic view of Cardigan Bay.The lounge opens out to an enclosed garden with slate patio and patio furniture. Floor to ceiling gallery landing on the first floor leading to two luxury bedrooms and a stunning family bathroom. It is ideally located to explore Snowdonia,the Llŷn Peninsula and indeed North Wales. Converted in 2019 - presented to a very high standard with oak and slate flooring throughout. Heated with biomass heating. Granite worktops, oak doors, oak and painted furniture and leather sofas. Wi - fi available Short walk down to our secluded and private lake. We are situated on the edge of Cardigan Bay in an area of outstanding natural beauty where activities are plentiful. Stunning countryside and coastal walks, sandy beaches, secluded coves and cliff-top golf courses. The cottage is based on our family farm. Any questions during your stay we are here to help We have all these on our door step, castles, narrow gauge railways, Coastal Path, Zip Wire, Bounce Below Underground Adventure, Snowdonia Mountain Railway, Surf Snowdonia Portmeirion, Cricieth, Caernarfon Snowdonia You do need transport, but there is a local bus service running from the local village which is a mile away which will take you to Cricieth, Porthmadog and Pwllheli. The coastal path is only a short walk away as we have a public footpath going through the farm to join it. The mountains are very accessable with Snowdon only a 25 minute drive away. We have a number of stunning sandy beaches and coves within a 10 mile radius. We use zip and link beds so they can be made up as kingsize or single beds - please let us know when booking how you would like the beds made. We also have 2 other self-catering cottages available on site Please note that things are a little different this year because of COVID19. You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels.
