Nether Dallachy was built in 1902 and over the last six years we have been lovingly restoring and bringing this lovely house back to life. We have kept the exposed floorboards throughout with rugs. The bathroom is situated downstairs and shared with other guests. Nether Dallachy is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful Aberdeenshire and the Moray Coast, countryside, and the whisky distilleries close by. Nether Dallachy is a peaceful place to stay with comfy beds to sleep in. We provide internet access, tea and coffee making facilities and as the bathroom is downstairs, bathrobes in your room. The house is set on the edge of the pretty village of Boyndie within gently rolling countryside and only a short walking distance from the beautiful Moray Coast. The coast offers plenty of walks ( the East West Coastal Trail ), wonderful scenery, dolphins, seals and plenty of distilleries producing Whisky. An aloof cat and crazy quiet dog share this house with us. Apart from your room at Nether Dallachy you will be able to use the lounge to relax with an open fire on a cooler night and the dining room for your breakfast. The front garden is also a lovely place to sit under the trees to sip a glass of wine and appreciate the surrounding countryside. Unfortunately guests are unable to use the kitchen to prepare their own food. Nigel and or myself will be around during all or most of your stay at Nether Dallachy. We love to chat with our guests but we also appreciate you may want peace and quiet. We have tried to provide everything you need in your room but if something is missing please ask us and we will do our best to provide it for you. If you have any dietary requirements please tell us at the time of your booking so that we can do our best to accomodate your needs. Pretty , preaceful and quiet. There is onsite parking at Nether Dallachy. There is a regular bus route on the main A98 road approximately half a mile away. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a short driving distance from the house. Nether Dallachy is unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. There are seventeen steps up to your room but the bathroom, although gorgeous is situated on the ground floor. An aloof cat and a crazy but quiet dog share this house with us.
