Cute apartment 5 min train station

My apartment is in a typical charming old building of only 3 apartments. There is a garden and it's 5 minutes walk from train station and downtown. Guests can use the front garden as well as the backyard where there is a grill that's also allowed to use. Washing machine and tumble drier are available. Washing machine, dryer, two balconies where it's allowed to smoke I can be contacted by phone/email At your arrival I'll be there or otherwise a close friend of mine, whose phone number you will be given, for any need. Massagno is part of Lugano and it's really close to downtown (5 minutes walk with shortcuts ;) and 5 minutes walk from the train station. There is a restaurant nearby called "abc" who serves good pizza (Swiss prices tough)! 20 meters from the apartment there is the bus stop of the bus that comes directly from the train station. There is also the bus stop called Santa Lucia, in this bus stop you can take bus number 5 to downtown for 2 francs (ticket from the machine is called Percorso breve)
