Traditional Cornish cottage set in the picturesque village of Ludgvan, a short drive from Marazion, Hayle and St Ives, with views of St Michaels Mount and parking for 2 cars at the rear. If you love the outdoors and wish to explore the magnificent beaches of this stunning Penisula, then this is the perfect base for you. We are a short drive from Hayle, Marazion and St Ives. You can call us anytime during your stay with queries about the locality, here to help. Enjoy your stay! This is a spatious, end terrace cottage. We have three bedrooms - a loft room, with three single beds, a double room and a master bedroom with king sized bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower, vanity unit basin, WC and bath. We have a large kitchen diner and utilty area with downstairs WC. Large and spatious living room. We have parking for two cars accessed to the rear of the property through a relatively narrow lane. We drive a VW T5 - that fits, but the lane is not suitable for vehicles larger than this. Ludgvan is close to the A30 making travel to north and south coasts quick and easy. Ludgvan has a lovely pub just up the hill from us, as well as woodland and river walks accessible from the house. Ludgvan is within a short drive of St Ives, Hayle and Marazion. A picturesque, well kept village positioned over two sections, - Lower Quarters, where we are, and Church town at the top of the hill. We have beautiful woodland and river walks accessible from our home. A lovely pub a 5 min walk away and a 14th Century Church! The bus route to st ives and penzance is 50m from our house. You can cycle to marazion beach in 10 minutes and the are many beautiful countryside walks from our doorstep. A car is recommended if you wish to explore more widely.
