This sprawling four bedroom house is located in the aptly named 'Sunny Corner' where Berowra Creek joins the picturesque Hawkesbury River. Approximately 35 minutes by boat to Palm Beach, 20 to Berowra Waters public wharf or 15 to minutes to Brooklyn. Boat transfer options can be arranged on booking - prices begin at $30 pp return. Another and beautiful option is a scenic flight from Sydney Harbour by Seaplane or helicopter. The quick, stunning trip takes approximately 20 minutes lands right at Sunny Corner's front door. One of only a handful of homes nestled in the sacred Muogamarra Nature Reserve - home to 900 species of plants, historical relics, waterfalls and mangrove swampland. Recreation activities include kayaking, swimming, fishing and bush walking. Free use of kayaks and fishing equipment is also included. Part of the charm of this property is completely off-grid and environmentally sustainable - but it doesn't impact the luxurious amenities. Wifi and all the usual modcons are available! But stock up on all your favourite food & drink - there are no shops! Although we recommend taking advantage of the amazing restaurants and cafes along the river. Our favs.. Coffee - Berowra Waters Marina is your go to for good coffee (and get a bacon and egg roll) Long Lunch - we might be biased but Peats Bite is a must do. Book in advance and stroll over and lock in an afternoon there. Quick Bite - Berowra Waters Marina also do amazing fish and chips! Don't miss - A Chefs Secret will make you feel like you are on Lake Como. Chef Mario has his daily specials that can not be missed - an impressive wine selection - plus you have to take some of the sweet treats back for coffee on your deck. Luxury treat - Berowra Waters Inn showcases the incredible produce of the area - it is expensive but worth it - we love the 'Discovery' drink pairing - you won't regret it. Promise.
