The house is a large traditional detached Victorian home with the luxury of being modernised. Great location in Churchtown village with a large garden. Limited to the guest room due to current Covid situation We are a very relaxed family and appreciate some guests like their privacy whilst others are happy to chat. The bedroom has all amenities, tea, coffee, water etc so people can feel at home. Situated a 5 minute walk from Churchtown village with plenty of pubs and restaurants to visit. Perfect location if you are just visiting Southport for one of the many events such as airshow or a wedding. Close to Southport town centre either walking or car journey. Parking available on the drive. There are many local buses which stop right by the house heading to Southport town centre, Liverpool or Preston. 5 minutes walk to Churchtown, Meols Hall in very close proximity if you are attending a wedding there. Southport town centre is 5 minute taxi ride away. A short walk or car journey to the beach. Liverpool a small commute away by car but regular train service from southport. Perfect to stay for any event in Liverpool or Southport or if you are a business person wanting a home from home whilst away with work.
