At about 700m you reach the center of the village where there are commercial activities, post office, and bank. Composed by kitchen with oven + microwave + dishwasher tv etc, living room with TV sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub with a panel also for a shower and a washing machine. There is also 25 sqm of outdoor terrace with table and chairs and lake view. The apartment is located on the first floor with two flights of stairs with 9 steps each and 4 steps to get to the door. All steps are of normal height. There is the possibility to enter from the back directly on the terrace without making steps, but passing by a small dirt path. Borbino is a residential neighborhood a 7-minute walk from the train station. The area is extremely quiet and is definitely not a dangerous place for nocturnal returns. If you have bikes you can leave them on the terrace so you do not have to close them on the street. There are free parking spaces directly under the house. In high season it is possible that parking is difficult within 50m. Usually within a radius of 200m there is parking very easily. Being the railway station very close, going to Lecco becomes extremely convenient from a logistical point of view since in the center of Lecco the parking becomes more difficult.
