Ground floor is open plan with kitchen/living/dinning. Also separate relaxing living area. Toilet & laundry. Just relax. Hill proprty wih drive on access and sea views in a semi-rural lifestyle. Easy walks around beaches and stroll into bubbly port-side community of Lyttelton. Lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy the bird life and mature gardens. The house is fully furnished. Enjoy the whole property. Wander around the gardens or pop across the road to the walkways or swimming beaches. As the property is for your use I will only be available if required urgently. It is a home for guests to unwind and relax in a lovely natural environment. I have lived in the Bay for over 29 years. Built the home and have brought up two boys here. We have loved living here and every day is a delight. The neighborhood is friendly. With neighbors who keep an eye out for each other without interfering. Corsair Bay is a popular swimming bay. Lyttelton is a bubbling dynamic port. Take the ferry across to Diamond Harbour or just take walks or swim. Bus at bottom of property. Driving into centre of Christchurch takes 15minutes. Walk into Lyttleton village takes 15 minutes or driving 3 minutes. There is a house pussy cat. She is quite timid, an earthquake stray who has made this her home. Her name is Blackie and she has a cat door into the house. She would love to have some attention and please feed her (food provided) if you are free to do so. If you are allergic to cats I am sorry but she has had a rough life and this is her home. Please respect the property as it is my home. Enjoy but please leave as you find it.
