Comfortable double bedroom in semi detached house

I have a spare double room in my own house for rent. There is a television with built in dvd player and a tivo box in the bedroom. I will be here when I have guests. I live in a quiet cul de sac 8 miles from Glasgow city centre with transport links nearby. Breakfast will be cereal/ porridge , toast , tea/ coffee and juice. Free wifi available. There is a large , south facing , enclosed , quiet back garden where guests can sit if they wish. Guests are welcome to sit in living room and use dining room and kitchen also. I will often be here when guests arrive, However if that is not possible I will message you and let you know where key is so you can let yourself in . Guests are welcome to email or telephone me to discuss bookings and ask questions about any details they wish to clarify. This is a quiet, residential area with very little traffic as the street is a small cul de sac.
