Located centrally for visiting the delights of the Cotswolds and just under an hour from Oxford,Bath,Stratford-upon-Avon & Warwick. The architecturally inspired, lakeside home has stunning views over the lake and the property benefits from a large decking area with private hot tub. 3 double/kingsize beds with flexibility in the 4th bedroom to be either a king size bed or 2 singles The property is extremely well equipped and furnished to a luxurious, high standard and sleeps 8 people. The spacious living/kitchen/dining areas makes the property an excellent option for group holiday bookings, family gatherings or simply a short break with friends. There is a dining table and seating for 8 guests to be able to eat together. There are four bedrooms. Each bedroom is of a large size, 2 with modern en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom also benefits from a large private lakeside balcony with seating. The second bedroom provides flexibility with a zip-link bed offering either a king size bed or 2 single beds. The third bedroom has a double bedroom and one of the bedrooms/ensuite is on the ground floor with a double bed for any members of your group who find it hard to negotiate stairs. Enjoy water sports, fishing, walking and nature trails throughout the immediate area, or just sit back, relax and enjoy the hot tub whilst enjoying the view over the lake. We provide a key safe code to allow guests to access the property upon arrival. We then meet all of our guests, either ourselves or by our hosting service to answer any questions and show guests how to use the hot tub in particular. The home is situated in the middle of Cotswold Water Park - an area of outstanding beauty. There are many activities within 5-10 minutes drive or walking distance of our home. There are numerous options for walking. A car is ideal to get around as there are so many Cotswold villages and attractions to visit whilst staying with us. Alternatively the nearest railway station is Kemble, 7 miles away or Swindon 15 minutes away. There is a local bus route that goes from the end of the lane and goes to Cirencester and Swindon for onward connections. This is not a party house. The property is within a small, secure, gated estate where some people live. We do not accept all male groups and hen parties.
