Cosy Studio Apartment in Spring Gully

Our place is close to the vibrant hub of Bendigo being only 3.5km to the CBD. Our unique location also allows for easy access to surrounding bushland. You’ll love our place because of the cosiness along with the open plan layout and unique interior features. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). The studio is located below our main house and does not have any internal access so remains very private. As we live upstairs you can expect to hear the pitter patter (Our kids are yet to learn how to tip toe!) of little feet as we are a young family! Our living space and kitchen is located directly above the studio so there can be overhead noise that is at times audible while in the studio below. The studio is beautifully cosy, making use of passive heat during the day and the ambience of a wood burner for those cold winter nights. Basic breakfast provisions are provided; bread for toast, butter, spreads, toasted muesli, milk, tea and plunger coffee. The studio is located on the lower level of our property and it has it's own private access from our guest car park. As a guest you have the privacy of our lower yard as we do not access this space while we have guests. We are happy to be guided by our guests needs, meeting and interacting when needed. We live in a quiet neighborhood, tucked away from the busy roads and streets. We have a lovely outlook living on top of a hill which provides for refreshing views into the trees and surrounding bushland. We are close to public transport with a bus stop 300m away at the bottom of the hill. The bus route links directly to the train station and the CBD which is 7minutes away. Alternatively it is a 30-40min walk. We understand how special it can be to travel with your dog and so we offer our fully enclosed large yard for guest use. We have a very friendly Border Collie, Missy, who loves visitors but if you'd prefer privacy for your pet Missy can be enclosed in our upper yard. At the bottom of the hill we have access to two large ovals and a walking/cycling path along the creek, a perfect place to exercise yourself and or the dog. We do ask for you to bring your dogs bedding and do not allow them on the bed or couch. For guests travelling with infants we are able to provide a portacot, baby bath and high chair upon request.
