This apartment is the perfect base for exploring all the adventures and sights that North Wales has to offer! Situated in the picturesque village of Betws yn Rhos, the location offers peaceful walks and panoramic views, yet is only a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach and the A55, which is the main route in and out of North Wales. From here it is easy to travel to local attractions and beauty spots. It is the perfect base for walking, sightseeing, adventure seeking or just a relaxing break! The apartment itself is situated on the ground floor of our family home but is separate from the rest of the house, with its own private entrance. The newly renovated apartment offers an open plan living space with a well equipped modern kitchen, leading out to a patio area of a shared spacious garden with outside seating. The double bedroom includes a king size bed with ample storage space and television. The hall area gives you plenty of space to store muddy boots or clothing and kit. This leaves the rest of the apartment clutter free! This is your private space from 3pm until 10am morning of checkout. There is private parking to the front of the property. There is a local village shop which is only a 2 minute walk or there is a 10-15 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. Please note there is a fairly steep hill to walk from the parking area to the apartment. There is also ongoing garden improvements taking place, but would not affect your stay.
