The property is situated in the seaside town of Exmouth. It is a 5 to 10 minute drive or 30 to 40 minute walk to the town and beach. My home is recently refurbished, open planned with stunning decoration throughout. There is a large garden with artificial grass, so looks pleasant all year round. A driveway for 2 cars and free off road parking if needed Exmouth has lots to offer with a picturesque seafront spanning two miles of golden sands with stunning walks and some lovely restaurants. Recently refurbished living space with new carpets. the generous accommodation is fully equipped with everything you could wish for. The lounge has a 4 and 3 seater sofa with a storage poof with games and blankets. There is a 42 inch LG TV along with the top package for BT TV, NOW TV Entertainment, Netflix, a DVD player ( large selection of DVD’S) and complete wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from gas hob and oven, large built in fridge freezer, microwave cutlery, crockery, pots, cafetière, pans and glassware you could possibly need. The dining room has a table to seat 6 people plus a high chair. The property has 3 bedrooms There is a good size front bedroom, (recently refurbished) with a King-size bed and fitted wardrobes, The room is plenty big enough for a travel cot that is also available if needed. The second bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, a built in wardrobe to hang your clothes with shelf storage and the third bedroom is the smaller of the three. (recently refurbished) It has a daybed with a trundle underneath and can sleep 2 children comfortably or 2 adults snug. The bathroom has recently been refurbished and has a bath with a new built in shower unit with a rainfall shower head, along with a heated towel rail, sink and toilet There is also a downstairs toilet and small sink to wash hands . All freshly laundered towels and bedding are provided. The house is fully central heated with a hive hub system, along with a gas fire in the lounge. The garden is a nice size with two decking areas. One at the top of the garden that gets the sun first thing in the morning to last thing at night, so the perfect sun trap! Then there is the bottom decking that has a little seating area. Just to make you aware there is a small step as it is two tiered so be careful not to stumble. There is also a small concrete patio area with a coal kettle bbq available for use. Rattan furniture is provided that seats up to six people along with two rattan sun beds. All cushions are stored in the shed on the top decking. The grass is artificial and looks great all year round! I completely respect privacy so there is a self check in lock box. I can also be on hand if required. If there are any issues or questions throughout your stay, I will be available throughout and will provide direct contact details once booked. If you require early check in, or late check out, please let me know. It won’t always be possible but I will do my best to accommodate you. There is a local pub that is a 5 minute walk away along with a small selection of shops ranging from Tesco Express with a garage to the co-op, a fish and chip shop and an Indian takeaway. The main bus route to Exeter is just at the top of the road (bus 57) and there are several local taxi companies if needed. The train station is located on the outskirts of the town. This is a residential area so noise after 11pm is to be kept to a minimum in respect of the neighbours. The property is strictly no smoking. Please do not stick or pin anything on the walls as newly plastered and decorated. Please avoid putting anything curry or grease related on the work tops or dining room table as it will stain.
