We will have one room at the top of the stairs that will be locked during the stay that is our store room We can be reached easily by mobile phone if we are not at the property. Malvern is famed for its rolling hills, a brilliant example of a Victorian town abundant with greenery and history. Malvern Wells where our property is located is a convenient base to get around. It's quiet, peaceful and friendly. We are near to a petrol station and small local shop at the front of the house, and to the rear there is a large sweeping garden and courtyard where you can relax and unwind or have a fire pit. The hills are accessible from our front door with many paths up and over them. There are a number of pubs locally that serve food that can be accessed by foot or a short drive. We love our beautiful spot to enjoy nature and listen to the birds, or watch the bats. This is a perfect place to explore the Malvern Hills by foot or on bike. By car you can easily visit Great Malvern and nearby Ledbury. The spa town of Cheltenham is 40 minutes away and Birmingham or Bristol are easily doable for day trips. Easy access to the M5 and this is a perfect base to travel to the Cotswolds. Three of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and three on the 3rd floor. It's a tall town house with large rooms. There is a reception room on each floor. The 2nd floor has a large family shower room, plus another bathroom next door. There is another bathroom on the top floor with bath and overbath shower.
