Cozy Private room and bathroom in Northeast philly

The house is clean, spacious and comfortable. We have a super friendly 2 yrs old corgi, good with people and kids. The shared kitchen has everything if you ever need to use it. We have 2 modern living rooms with 75" tv so that guests can use either to feel more homey. If you have > 2 guests, I will set up another room with some extra fees. Our place is 15 min drive from sesame place, 6 min from parx casino, 30 min from center city. Please don't hesitant to message us with any questions. There are 2 bedrooms with a private bathroom for guests. We can set up a high quality air mattress in a separate bedroom (not in the picture) if you have more than 2 guests. You are welcome to interact or enjoy the privacy of your room with TV. You will be sharing the living room and kitchen with me and my husband. However, we both are working most of the time. The neighborhood is very safe to stroll around all day. Full shared kitchen completes with appliances, and a deck that you can sit outside to enjoy the quiet suburb life. If you have a car, there are free guest parking on both side of the house. The location is 30 min drive to Center City, Spruce street Harbor, Reading Terminal, Philadelphia Art Museum, 15 min drive to Sesame place, 6 min to Parx Casino and 15 min drive from North east Philadelphia airport. There is Lin park 5 min walk from the house where you can have picnic, play basketball and enjoy the outdoor. Our garage is well equipped to charge electric car if you happen to have one (with some extra fees). Please let us know ahead if you need one. Please park your car at the guest parking which are located both side of the house (2-3 houses away). Please kindly do not park at the drive way. There is train station nearby that takes you to the city. The closet train station is called cornwell heights station which is 15 min drive away from the house. It is very quiet, family oriented townhome. You will see kids playing in the neighborhood in the evening. Please drive slowly. The house is 15 minutes drive from Northeast Philadelphia airport. The nearest station is cornwell heights which is 15 minutes drive from the house. From cornwell heights station, you can take the train to commute to the city.
