Comfort + Coziness = apartment with sauna

You will surely love our apartment because of its coziness a n d its extraordinary equipment incl. spa /sauna. It's newly built, situated in Neukirchen am Großvenediger, just 100 m away from the skiing area. It has an elevator+ carport. 1 sleeping room + a comfortable extra bed sofa flatscreens bathroom with sauna + spacious shower Full kitchen equipment (dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, microwave etc.) W-Lan Private ski cellar with shoe heating Local support We use our holiday resort quite often ourselves thus euipping it according to our private wishes, completely and preciously. We like you to take care of it just like your own home. For 2-4 you'll have one sleeping room, the big bathroom with sauna and the spacious living room with kitchen at your disposal. The remaining part (see pink lighted area on the apartment plan) at your disposal. You'll be taken care of by Anika, our co-host in Neukirchen if you have any questions. Naturally we are contactable by telephone/mobile/SMS/mail. Next door there is a well-equipped supermarket, just across you will find a bakery with breakfast service. Just across there is the gondola which takes you on the top of the mountain, the Wildkogel Arena. In a distance of 300 m you'll find various well-prepared cross-country slopes as well as a train station for the little which goes to Zell am See or alongside the river Salzach to the Krimml waterfalls. There is a tourist fee in Neukirchen. In summer it is 7,70 €/day/person > 5,99 ys but when booking with us you'll get the extraordinary Nationalpark Sommercard which offers numerous (then) free delights. (e.g. a free ride with the Wildkogel or Kitzbühel cable car or going over the Gerlos pass or Großglockner pass for free). Please inform on the Internet. By booking our apartment you accept these extra costs. You'll be obliged to pay them in advance (by bank transfer). (You'll be getting the Nationalpark summercard vouchers by post then or even more comfortably directly onto your smartphone.)
