Equestrian River Cottage

A clean cabin with own entry and it's own fenced courtyard, super king bed, & 2 chairs, Tea/coffee facilities with shared bathroom in main cottage, with own entrance. Country lifestyle with horses, dogs and a super friendly cat, located with a beautiful river on our boundary which is a lovely place for a picnic. Maybe listen to the birds or read a book, The Oraka River is a well sought after trout fishing spot. Okoroire Hot springs, golf course and restaurant 5km away. Tirau 1km , lovely cafés Tirau is a quaint country town fill of cafés, gift shops & designer boutiques. Hobbiton, Maungatautauri mountain, Arapuni lake, the Blue Springs Putaruru, Okoroire Hot springs, bar, restaurant and golf course 5km away, Te Waihou Springs, Karapiro, Rowing, Horahora Domain watersports are all very near by. Clean tidy cabin with shared bathroom in main cottage that has outside access without entering main cottage living area. Life can be full of rushing, so I'd like to think I am creating a space where you can relax, unwind, or simply stop for the night after a busy day of exploring the stunning area around us. Txt is best Tirau is a bustling weekend destination for the cafés and specialty gift shops with the iconic sheep and dog info centre. In the centre of local towns such as Cambridge, Matamata, Putaruru with Rotorua 40 mins south, Tauranga 1hr, Taupo 1.10hr and yet 1km from town we have the ability to feel far removed from everything. Travel around the local area requires a car. If you are looking for an Equestrian stopover with your horse please enquire for the paddock and or arena charge. If you are traveling with a dog, I do have a fenced courtyard or a large kennel available for outside dogs. little clean ones inside by arrangement.
