Spacious Coach House Apartment in Kings Hill

My apartment is within an easily accessible part of the wonderful Kings Hill; just a couple of mins drive (or spirited walk) to the heart of the development's shops. An isolated Coach House, there is no one below or above to disturb. There's also a private parking spot and ample visitor spaces. Kings Hill is 5 mins from West Malling, which has a selection of great pubs and restaurants. With the M20 closeby, Maidstone is a 20 min drive. Alternatively, stay in and enjoy the big TV and footrest! I have just refurnished the apartment with brand new furniture and a new large TV. The Coach House is everything you would expect of a modern apartment - open plan, good shower, big TV and strong WiFi signal! You should have everything you need - there's an ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the essentials to enjoy your stay. There is dedicated parking to the side of the property - rare for Kings Hill! You can fit two cars back to back. My partner and I live and work closeby, so if there are any issues, or you'd just like some pointers on where to hang out or visit, just get in touch. Kings Hills is a very in demand housing development for families. My apartment is a short walk from the woods, and also the main shops (Asda, Waitrose, Costa, restaurants, dry cleaners etc.). If you wish to venture slightly further, West Malling and Offham are delightfully Kentish with great places to drink and eat. You are also not far from the M20. There are buses available to West Malling Station and Maidstone. The bus stop is on the main road - a minute's walk from the apartment. The train to London (Victoria Station) takes an hour. During the week, there is a train every half hour. We are a 45 min taxi ride to London Gatwick Airport and 45 min from London Heathrow Airport.
