Please note that a Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration systems is fitted to provide pure drinking water and eliminates the need for you to buy and transport heavy water bottles from the supermarket. The spacious bright main bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe, the second bedroom also has a fitted wardrobe and two full size single beds. All the beds in the apartment are extremely good quality ensuring a great nights sleep. Ceiling fans are fitted in both bedrooms. The family bathroom has a walk-in rain shower. Directly off the lounge you will find the large south facing conservatory leading onto the large patio with sun beds, BBQ, table and chairs and is perfect for alfresco dining. The complex boasts a large swimming poor and adjoining kiddie pool, both with solar heating. The pool area is only 30 metres from the apartment. The magnificent Mediterranean Blue Flag La Zenia beach is a ten minute walk away. Here you will find a Beach Bar or Chiringuito serving snacks and drinks as well as the ‘ Restaurante La Mirada’ offering tapas and a la carte service while overlooking the Med and the beach. Sun beds and parasols are available to rent on the beach. La Zenia is a lively area with a great choice of restaurants and bars. You can choose from French, Indian, Chinese, Irish, Italian, German, Spanish, Tapas and many more restaurants and bars all within a 5 minute walk. The famous La Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre on the Costa Blanca is a short 10 minute walk. The Boulevard also has a large selection of restaurants, cafes and tapas bars. . A large Supermarket is a two minute walk from the apartment for all your needs. A selection of golf clubs are a short drive away including Villamartain, Campoamar, Las Colinas and Las Ramblas. Transport to a from these courses is available at reasonable rates. A short drive or taxi ride away is a water park and a go-kart circuit. Towels and linen are supplied, one hand, one bath and one beach towel per guest. Check in is 16:00 and check out is 11:00. Transfers from Alicante or Murcia airports is available on request at a cost of 50 euro each way for up to four people. Please note a 60€ cleaning and laundry fee is payable upon checkin. The owner has applied for a tourist licence under the new legislation and once received this will be displayed at the entrance.
