Also available to guests is garden seating overlooking the picturesque hills of west Cooroy. 20 minutes to beach side in Noosa or if country style is more your preference, you'll love staying on this quiet property boasting a beautiful garden and rolling hills. Staying on this 7 acre property can be as private as you like, the Studio is completely separate to the main dwelling with all amenities available within your space. The queen bed is very comfortable. The bed linen is certified organic cotton and pure luxurious breathable pure wool doonas. There is a paved covered outdoor private sitting area. There is also a lovely outdoor setting where you can enjoy the stunning hinterland sunsets in the garden. I run my own business from home with a shop front at the Eumundi Markets. I am very easy going and happy to be a guide or leave you to your own devices. Wide open spaces and very quiet. You will need your own transport to access this property. I am happy for guests to enjoy the 6 acres. I can be available to guests at all times and also respect their need for privacy. Wide open spaces and very quiet. The property is situated on a quiet country road with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The bustling town of Cooroy is 5 minutes away and has all amenities you'll need for your stay. Other quaint hinterland villages such as Pomona and Kin Kin a short drive away. The property is central to many picturesque country and beach drives. You will need your own transport to access this property. Firepit The firepit is available for guests use year round subject to weather conditions. Use is subject to owners permission on assessment of conditions "on the day". You're welcome to bring your own wood but for your convenience $10 bags (usually enough for one night) are available. It is asked payment for bags used or part thereof be left in the studio on departure.
