Attic Double room, with en-suite builth wells

The Firs is an end of terrace cottage, it's old and warm. It not suitable for those people whom may have mobility difficulties due to steep steps and stairs. This room has newly fitted en-suite for your comfort. I can do a simple cold buffet breakfast, you may like to food with you and cook ( as use of cooker etc). The Firs is about 10 minute walk to the Royal Welsh show ground and about half an hour drive to Hay on Wye and 3/4 hour to Brecon. I have a very friendly cat who shares the cottage. I can do a simple cold buffet breakfast, you you may like to bring breakfast/ food with you and cook ( as use of cooker) and prepare, it's very easy, I'll even wash up. There is a common area of sitting room to relax with television. I have a car parking area for two cars. Gareden area to sit out in and relax. There is a common area of kitchen, dinning aera/sitting room. The main bathroom is shared with myself and other guests, the attic room has an en-suite. Patio area for use if its fine and warm where you may like to relax with a cool drink. I live in the cottage as my home, so may well be pottering around The cottage is about 5 minutes walk to the market town, of Builth Wells, places to eat and local pubs, even a fish & chip shop. 10 minutes walk to Royal Show ground, easy drive to the Spa town of Llandrindod Wells, Hay on Wye, Brecon. Lots of local walks and places to visit during your stay. The cottage is on main road, but very low traffic and really quite as the cottage is set back and higher than the road. There are regular local bus service and a local small train station about 5 minutes drive away, larger train station in Llandrindod Wells. The cottage is full of character, but as mentioned there are steep stairs with access and within the cottage. I do have a cat, who is very friendly, the cat does not have acess to bedrooms, unless guests leave doors open! I do not allow the cat to explore bedrooms.
