Neighborhood: 10mins drive to Sm Hypermarket Novaliches,BDOand BPI 15-20mins drive to Sm North Edsa and Trinoma Kitchen: Electric Stove Refrigerator Microwave Electric Hot Airpot Kitchen Utensils Pots and Pans Dining: Dining table for 8 Living room: 49 inches flat TV with tv plus and access to NETFLIX sofa Bathroom: Towels Shampoo Soap Toothpaste Bedroom: 1st room: double bed with ac Tv with netflix 2nd room: bunkbed with pull out w/ ac i have 2 single floor mattress and 1 foldable single mattress available for use for the extra person see the picture on my listing for reference Internet:35mbps Important note: PLS. READ before booking CHECK IN TIME is 2pm CHECK OUT is 11am After booking you need to inform me what time will you be checking in as I avoid very late check in. -Checking out late after 11am has a STRICT PENALTY of an additional fee of 300 pesos for every 30mins extension allowed until 1pm only why? because allowing you to do so means they need to rush clean and prepare the unit for the next guest. -ID’s of all guest are required upon entry. -Please do not forget as you cannot enter the condo. Swimming Pool with a fee of 50pesos per pax but only 5pax are allowed to swim at a time as we are only allowed 5 pax per condo unit. Note: March 21, 2022 Guest are still not allowed to use the pool at the moment as per admin. sorry for the inconvenience. Note: As per the new policy of the admin of condo -Guest access on pool is TUE, WED and THU only. Also except holidays. And also I do not know when is pool maintenance will be like changing of water etc so its beyond my control if it happens on your check in date we can do resched of your stay or cancellation with full refund. Thank you. Parking space at Building 7 for a fee of 250/day I dont live in Manila. From time to time I go there since i run a travel and tours business. But I have Ms. Genalyn that cleans the place and meet with the guest for check in and check out. If you need assistance you can contact her since she also live there. To go to Sm North or Trinoma you can ride Fx near 7 eleven. There are taxi jeepney and tricycle also you can book thru Grab app. You are required to pay security deposit of P2,000 to my caretaker upon check in and will be refunded upon check out if no damages or violation has been made. All sheets are clean and washed prior to every guest check in. Sometimes there is an going water interruption from Maynilad so please fill up the water container when used. For request/question do not hesitate to ask Ms. Gena MY RULES: -No hanging of towels clothes etc. on the balcony as it is the policy of the admin. -Also I impose strictly NO SMOKING policy in the unit even in the balcony, anyone who violate the rule will pay a fine of 500 pesos to be deducted in security deposit. -Keep my unit clean and tidy. Shoes is to be put in the shoe rack. -Wash all the kitchen utensils used, leaving dirty plates pots and pans i will deduct automatically the fee of PHP200 on your security deposit. -Before leaving kindly gather all your garbage and put it in the garbage plastic. •Please treat my place like your own. So when its time to leave, leave my place as what it is when you arrive. Thank you! 😊
