Our house of 250m2 is an old farmhouse renovated, bright and open to nature. You will be quiet, with a 180 ° view of the Pyrenees. Located south of Toulouse in Ariège, the village is located 5kms and offers all convenience. You will appreciate the 5 * 10m swimming pool, the trampoline, the terraces, the barn for the barbecue and ping-pong. On the ground floor, a large kitchen open to the living room. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms. Our cat Manga loves caresses and sleeps outside. On the ground floor: all rooms are opened to the outside. In the downstairs bathroom, a large sauna welcomes you after your days of sightseeing or hiking. Upstairs: a master suite with a bed of 160 and private access to a bathroom and toilet. Each of the other 3 bedrooms is with a bed of 140. There is a 3rd bathroom and separate toilet. You will find at your disposal board games, games for the little ones, books and comics as well as baby-foot. Outside, on a plot of 3000m2, there is something to take care of! Trempoline, ping-pong table, darts, balls and petanque games... The swimming pool, heated in summer is equipped with a regulatory alarm system and standards. The garden furniture and sun loungers await you to rest. The large barn allows you to have barbecues all year round, to be sheltered and at the same time in the sun when the air is fresh to be able to eat outside. A very good restaurant too. A lake is located at the exit of the village and a multi-sports field A car is necessary, no parking problems (or cycling for the brave!)
