A special atmosphere awaits you in a stylish house with a distant view. Next to the bedrooms are a common room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with bath and double washbasin for you. The apartment is good for couples, business travelers and families (with children). You have a separate entrance to the apartment. On request, a washing machine in the cellar can be used by the guests. The house from the 1930s is surrounded by a large garden with old trees. There are two parking spaces for those arriving by car. Particularities: A lot of light, beautiful wooden floors, colorful paintings, nostalgic bath with chandelier, country house atmosphere and a wide view to the Odenwald and to the skyline of Frankfurt. In the common room is a sofa, which can be extended with a handle to a very comfortable double bed. In the kitchen there is coffee and tea, jam etc, most of the things you need to prepare a small breakfast. A bottle of mineral water is available in the rooms. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but there is a place for smokers outside the front door. Several restaurants and a beer garden are within walking distance. The bright, newly designed apartment with two guest rooms, kitchen, bathroom and common room is located on the first floor of a freestanding artist's property on an airy hillside in Mainz-Laubenheim. A third room is used during the day as a studio and office, otherwise the location is only available to the guests. The hosts live on the lower floor of the house and are available for questions and assistance. Very good transport connections to Frankfurt (30 min.), Frankfurt airport (15 min.), Fair (30 min.), Wiesbaden (15 min.) And Darmstadt (25 min.).
