Nestled in the forest with lake view rooms, dining/lounging & a spa area ALL set overlooking the natural waterfall in the property! (WATER BODIES ONLY DURING MONSOON). Close to malls, tourist spots & Duke's Nose trek.Each seasons lends different kind of charm to landscapes. Rejuvenating, refreshing, fun filled space for families, couples, friends & artists. 🏡Paradise Nest - The Waterfall Villa is a lake view villa with a natural waterfall flowing underneath the home ONLY DURING THE MONSOONS....with no sight of any construction for miles, you will be so very close to nature! Each season brings with it refreshing palettes of nature's glorious colors! A fun filled space with elating experiences. The rent includes fresh home cooked breakfast. ☀️WEATHER & WATER: Please check the weather on the net. It is pleasant 11 months of the year and we have fans. ❄️The weather does not require a Air conditioner and we use blankets at night, but due to global warming we have installed them. Guests now have an option for using the AC @ Rs. 500/- per night. To book another room please message. NO VISITORS (LOCAL OR OUT OF TOWN) ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY OTHER THAN THE GUESTS WHO HAVE BOOKED THROUGH AIRBNB. Strictly no drivers are allowed to spend the night in the car on grounds of humanity. We are in the forest area and it is not safe. Please make arrangements for accommodation in the market guest house should you choose to book our space. You will have a private entrance leading to both the guest rooms and can use the entire lounging area and patio within the property of over two acres which will be yours to discover... be it bathing in the waterfall, playing football, dancing in the rain or trekking behind the villa. We will be happy to answer your queries if any via Airbnb inbox. Our caretaker will cook and serve complimentary breakfast at anytime you wake up! (The caretaker will NOT be available for paid food service between 11 pm to 8am / 3 pm to 8 pm). Please place your orders for food, provisions and home cooked meals well in advance. You are welcome to eat your meals in the lounge area provided you carry ECO FRIENDLY disposables and clear up separating DRY and WET garbage. Please place your valuables in your car or lock them up. Approximate season highlights: May: Fireflies and Gulmohar trees June to Mid September: Water bodies such as the lake and waterfall form only during monsoon season. Sept to May: Wild yellow flowers in September. You can find crystal rocks on from the dry lake bed. One fan and one light in the bedroom is connected to the inverter when there is no electricity. Candles and solar lights will be provided. Solar lights are not really effective during monsoon though. The weather through the year is pleasant except between April and mid May.
