Wake up to bird song, breakfast on the huge leafy balcony - great indoor/outdoor living. Close to airport, walking distance to railway station, supermarkets, St George Hospital, Town Centre, parks and many restaurants. Minutes to Hurstville China Town. New air-conditioning, Wifi Internet, full Cable TV and comfy beds. Narrow spiral staircase would not suit guests with limited mobility. Your host lives downstairs to assist if required. Please read my full listing details so no surprises. This newly renovated home offers compact living for four with comfortable beds and mattresses. An additional toddler can be accommodated but it would be squashy accommodation for 5 adults. If there are five guests, there is a fold-out full size single bed or a toddler bed or a portable cot or a bassinet crib that can be squeezed in. Please note that children under 9 years cannot sleep in the top bunk due to safety concerns. You will have private access with a private path and entrance to the complete apartment - no sharing. A door key code will be sent to you before arrival so unassisted check-in is possible. The spiral staircase can be difficult for those really huge suitcases. Assistance with luggage on check-in and check-out by accessing the adjoining front apartment may be arranged with prior notice (at reasonable hours) if required. After you arrive your host will show you where everything is and provide you with information you need for getting around. Your host lives in the downstairs area and you will have her mobile number, so assistance is readily available. This area is very convenient to the airport and train station giving good access to the city and other venues. This property is listed as child friendly as I do provide power point plugs, portable cot, bassinet and highchair available if required. Safety Pool Fencing and child gate on balcony. The TV and TV cabinet are attached to the wall for safety. A gate can be assembled at the kitchen door if your child has a tendency to play with the stove knobs. Only babies (under 6 mths) sleeping in the bassinet are not counted as an extra chargeable guest. Please book other toddlers in as chargeable children as toddler beds must be assembled and dismantled plus more cleaning of glass doors, walls etc is needed for toddlers. For those needing to work, please request a desk and computer chair to be setup if required. There is wifi internet. TV with the full IQ3 Foxtel package including Sports, Kids, Movies etc. to keep everyone happy when taking time out from sight seeing. This Foxtel package provides for setting up recording of programs, a huge program library and world movies & programs e.g. BBC, CNN, French, German, Chinese News etc. Early check in / Late check out by prior arrangement possible.
