Heated shower and HIGHSPEED WiFi PURE FIBER INTERNET @ 25 Mbps. Very well located, short drive to Angeles city & Clark International Airport. Major supermarkets and stores within a few minutes walk. House with appliances and furniture, including a flatscreen HD SMART TV, HIGHSPEED PURE FIBER INTERNET upto 25 Mbps, automatic washing machine. Window type Air-conditioner, ceiling fan & double sized bed w/ white crisp cotton linen in the master bedroom. Ceiling fan, single sized floor foam bed in the second bedroom. Extra trifold double sized floor foam is available in the unit. Split type digital inverter 2hp air-conditioner downstairs (sitting area, dining/kitchen), heated shower, bidet, hotel quality white towels & toiletries are provided. Fully equipped kitchen w/ induction cooker, fridge, electric kettle, coffee, cream, sugar, mineral water are also provided. Open plan kitchen-dining area. Total floor space is 376 sq ft. The entire house is fantastic value with all of the services that are included. Within the gated community there is free access to a large outdoor swimming pool with an additional kiddies' pool. Free access to swimming pool is for the first 4 people and for every extra person you would have to pay 50 philippine pesos to pool attendant. Mondays & Tuesdays, cleaning/maintenance schedule of swimming pool therefore not available during these days. A fully equipped gym is also available for 100 pesos per visit. There is also a children's playground within the gated community. Within a few minutes walk from the house there is very large Robinson's Supermarket and StarMall and 7-11 convenient store. There are also different types of restaurants you can choose from. A sari-sari store is located directly across the street from the house and there are a number of them located on the same street and within walking distance of the house. Door to door laundry service also available for a very small fee. (40 pesos per kg). There is also a laundromat shop available at the back of Mercury DrugStore near the gate of the housing estate. Guests are expected to tidy up the house prior to check-out. Cleaning fee is for cleaning and preparing the house before guests arrival. My father who lives next door will be available at all times to offer assistance and help. I will not be available personally but my father knows everything about the area and wider Angeles area. I can easily be contacted via Airbnb messaging. The house is located in Xevera Tabun- a secure, gated community that has 24 hour security guard presence at the entrance to the subdivision.
