Suitable for adults either on holidays, business or study purposes, seeking a place to relax, unwind and recharge, or simply get into festivities of Australia’s global city. Ideal for singles or couples looking indulge into what Sydney has to offer. This apartment is located in the heart of Dulwich Hill surrounded by: 3 min walk to light-rail 1 min walk to the bus stop 6 min walk to the town centre 10-15 min walk to the train station When you arrive you will have exclusive access to your bedroom with 1 double bed. You will be sharing a bathroom, living area, kitchen with me. Your bedroom also includes a private wardrobe and wifi. Meals including breakfast and dinner may also be offered and they are being charged at what guests think their meal is worth. If you are flying into Sydney, I may also be able to pick you up from the airport for a cost of 50$ from the domestic or international airport. You are welcome to access living and dining space, watch TV and Apple TV (including Netflix) as well as utilising my kitchen for preparing simple meals. You may also access laundry if you are staying 1 week or more. There is plenty of free parking around the apartment block, and you may also park at the guest parking within the building complex. Airbnb is an awesome way to meet new people, share experiences, and provide that amazing human interaction, that all humanity will benefit from. Dulwich Hill has a funky, down-to-earth vibe which is underpinned by its strong multicultural make-up which offers a taste for the mouth-watering eateries, patisseries and character-filled streets. It is surrounded by: - Marrickville - foodie hangout, has a vibrant music and art scene, and enviable infrastructure that keeps locals well connected; - Petersham - Sydney’s little Portugal with the newest dining and drinking destinations offering community, energy and really good food - Ashfield - a vibrant multicultural community surrounded by beautiful parks and heritage walks The best way to hang around Sydney includes: - Catching the light rail from Dulwich Grove to Sydney Central via Darling Harbour, Star City, Chinatown, Sydney Fish Markets and Paddy's Markets. - Catching a train from either Dulwich Hill or Hurlstone Park stations to the City including Circular Quay and the Opera House. - Catching a bus 428 or L28 that connect Dulwich Hill to the city centre via Broadway and the University of Sydney. Being in somebody's home means behaving as if you are living in your own home.
