Our home is full of retro charm with modern conveniences. Situated with direct Broadwater and ocean access via a sandy beach you will fall in love firstly with the position. Secondly, the peace and tranquility provided by the park out front will draw you in. Good public transport, a short walk to major shopping retailers, fine dining and cafes. Or a 20 minute drive to theme parks, famous beaches and attractions. If golf is your thing, there are many first class courses within a short drive. The position of our home on the Gold Coast's broad water is it's crowning glory. Direct ocean access through the Gold Coast Seaway means this is boating heaven. However, the beautifully manicured park in front of the house means you have the best of both worlds. No matter what direction the wind is blowing, our home has the ideal aspect to enjoy the outdoors. Once you have been checked in I am available if needed but will then leave you to enjoy your stay with family and friends.
