Free WiFi! Fully self contained & private lower section of house boasting a 5.1 surround sound cinema with 100" projector screen & over 400 dvds! (no tv) Cinemania is a great base from which to explore Hobart & surrounds, & a comfy space to come back to at the end of the day. Private entrance, kitchen facilities, shower/toilet, washing machine, exclusive use of backyard & undercover entertainment area, lovely views of the River Derwent & surrounds. 7 mins to MONA 15 - 20 mins to Hobart CBD The accommodation comprises exactly what you see in the photos - one big room, plus the combined kitchen, laundry and toilet/shower space....and of course the large undercover outdoor entertaining area and yard! The queen size bed is very comfortable, fitted with electric blankets and is freshly made up with professionally laundered linen. Towels are included. My house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of easy parking on the street. A car is recommended - you really will get more out of your stay if you hire a vehicle. Hobart has bus transportation but to be honest you will waste a lot of precious sightseeing time trying to navigate it. There are also many attractions beyond greater Hobart which you will miss out on without your own transportation. Trust me on this one! ;)
