Suncoast Apollo 1 is a 3-bedroom residential house in a quiet cul-de-sac that boasts a double garage and a big enclosed backyard. The fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge with Smart TV with Netflix, and fast internet makes this an ideal home base for family and friends to explore the rest of Nowra. Our house is NOT in the CBD area but is walking distance to a grocery store (FoodWorks, 3mins) and a shopping mall (Shopping Village, 3mins). Worrigee Nature Reserve is just a 10-minute drive. The Property A 3-bedroom residential house with remote-controlled double garage and an enclosed backyard. Very good value for a group of 6. Our house is popular for long-staying guests with business or work in Worrigee. The Lounge Airconditioned living room with Smart TV equipped with Netflix and free-to-air channels and comfortable leather lounges. The Bedrooms Each bedroom is airconditioned, with one queen-sized bed each. Mattresses are medium-firm with pillows and blankets. Each have Smart TVs with Netflix and free-to-air channels. The Bathroom The two contemporary bathrooms were designed for practicality and comfort. Both are well-equipped with luxury Sheridan towels, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel/soap. The Kitchen Fully equipped with coffee machine with complimentary pods, kettle and toaster, rice cooker, stove, oven, microwave and fridge. Basic cooking ingredients, spices, and implements are also available free of charge. Cutleries, glasses, mugs, wineglasses, plates, pans and pots, paper towels are there for your use. On Laundry Washing machine and dryer are available with complimentary use of laundry powder, fabric softener, napisan. WiFi Coverage Strong throughout the entire house. Less than 6 persons in a group will NOT lower the rate. This house is of good value for money only if you require 3 beds and with at least 3 persons in a group. If you only need 1 bed or with less than 3 people in your group, it will be a better value to book a hotel room instead. We recommend Novotel Wollongong Northbeach which is a 4-star hotel near the beach. 3. AMENITY LIMITATIONS Please DO NOT book if you need the following: *Dishwashing machine *Beach towels *Barbecue grill and barbecue utensils *A house with a view *A house in the central business district 4. Cancellation DUE to COVID (as of 14th January) We require all guests to provide us with the list of names of people who are coming to stay in the house. *If unregistered guest tested positive for COVID (PCR test as proof), our strict cancellation policy will apply. *If registered guest/s tested positive for COVID (PCR test as proof) and not from the same household (we need proof that they are from the same household), the others can still stay and keep the booking.
