Old chalet house "Piadras"

Are you looking for an old cozy chalet house for your next ski holiday or bike tour or just to switch off? Then you have found it now. In winter there are several ski resorts (Laax, Obersaxen and more) not too far away. In summer you can go hiking or ride down the mountain on a mountain bike. After the effort you can cool down by swimming in a lake or public swimming pools nearby. The house offers enough space for everyone, as a couple, a family or a small group of max. 8 people. Wood is still used for heating here. The wood is of course provided and does not have to be brought along. However, the proportion of wood is calculated according to length of stay / weather / outside temperature and communicated before arrival. If more wood is burned, this will be charged later. This is to prevent unnecessary and too much heating. - There is no TV, so nothing stands in the way of a cozy (games) evening. Games are available. - Kitchen is fully equipped for up to 8 people. A fondue caquelon including accessories (without fuel paste) is also available. - The house is big enough for 4-5 people, up to 8 people it gets tight, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. But if you're not afraid of cuddling, the house still offers enough space ;-) Unfortunately, I do not live in the same canton (state) and therefore can not be there personally. Of course, if there are any questions or unclarity, I am still available and will do my best to clarify this. Please note the night's sleep from 10:00pm until 07:00am. The village shop is unfortunately closed, but there are larger shops (Coop, Migros, Dennet etc.) in Ilanz (about 10 minutes away). Train: If you arrive by train, please do not forget to press the stop befor the train enter the station: Rueun has only one stop-on-demand station. If you want to enter the train, push the stop button on the platform for a maximum of 15 minutes before. Car: The parking is about 5 minutes walk from the house. Please do not park the car directly at the house. - Please bring your own towels to take a shower and slippers because the floor is cold. - For (instant) bookings: If the trip is due within three days, I can not guarantee to prepare the house. - About the cleaning fee you can talk to me like. There we will definitely find a solution that suits everyone :-) - I will heat the house in winter for a markup.
