Yacht club 5 mins by boat. Open onto water. Use of Kayaks, just speak to owner first, and sign the waiver . Shared back garden with owners. The unit is one area kitchen/bedroom. It has AC. Separate bathroom. Use of barbecue . Can tie up boat on jetty. launch is 5 minutes away at Bolton point. Shared back garden , lovely new sitting out area. Jetty. Barbecue and undercover sitting area. I do work locally , but can be contacted by phone. Quiet friendly area. Can walk from the house around lake for a good hour or so. Toronto has a marina and a swimming area, it is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Fassifern station is a 4 minute drive , from here you can get a train to Newcastle or Sydney. The Hunter Valley wine country is 40 minutes drive from our house. On street parking .Five minutes to Fassifern train station. Train to Sydney or Newcastle. 5 minute drive to Toronto. 20 minute walk to the Yacht club.
