Lovely local walks & cycleways. Self contained space comprising: Separate front door with keypad. Hallway (with shoe rack). Bedroom with French doors (TV, comfy chair, drawers, television, bedside tables, hanging clothes space & full length mirror). Recently modernised patio area (Indian stone paving stones) with garden view/ table/chairs for Al fresco food/drinks. Super modern/ contemporary Shower room with wall-hung loo, square sink and black taps/ radiator/ shower head. Kitchenette with some basic essentials (see below). RECENT ADDITION-January 2022: for stays in excess of 1 week access to a full kitchen for part of the day can be negotiated (e.g preparation of the main evening meal). Guest access via a key pad for complete independence. The local village is a 10 minute walk away. There are local grocery shops, pharmacy, GP surgery 5 minutes away. Available for interaction by phone and in person when at home (adjoining property). Residential area, pretty and peaceful. Lots of lovely greenery, trees and the sounds of nature. Local walks, cycleways. Easy access to Altrincham market, Dunham Massey, Tatton Park, Manchester City centre and The Trafford cente. Easy access to sporting facilities such as Manchester United and Manchester City’s grounds as well as the Old Trafford Cricket Ground. Parking is super and easily accessed, although the driveway entrance is narrow so caution is advised both entering and leaving the property. Once through the initial entrance the driveway is wide and accommodating. Up to 2 cars can easily be accommodated and guests will have their own private parking spaces. The location is on the edge of Hale so there is easy access to Manchester City Centre, the motorway network, Cheshire, and Derbyshire. There are local shops within a 5 minute walk (Tesco express, pharmacy, takeaways) and bars/ restaurants a 10 minute walk away in Timperley village. The more extensive areas are easily accessed via public transport, car, taxi, walking or cycling. No hob, oven or freezer in the kitchenette but food making facilities, crockery, utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, mini fridge, washing machine, iron all available. PLEASE ALSO NOTE: The option of daily (limited) access to the full kitchen (grill, hob, 2 ovens, more fridge space, freezer) for those guests staying over 1 week is now available - for example meal prep of an evening meal.
