Our dream is to provide a simple and warm experience for each and every one of our guest who stay in Kampar with us. You’ll love my studio apartment because of the coziness and peaceful environment of my studio apartment. My place is located at second floor and it is an ideal stay for couple, students, business trip or parents visiting their children studying at Kampar. The location is close to Kampar UTAR and Wesley International School. The Kampar New Town and Kampar Old Town is 5 and 10 minutes away only. It is a studio apartment with combined living hall and bedroom that can accomodate up to four persons, with a bathroom. Guest can enjoy below facilities: * 24 hour security patrol & access card to enter premises * Fire extinguisher and fire alarm at corridor area * Added security with iron-grilled door (in front of the main fire door) and iron-grilled balcony * 1 queen bed (with beds & mattresses, bedsheets, pillow and blanket) * 2 floor single mattresses * 1 hair dryer * 1 iron and portable iron board (inside wardrobe) * 1 mini refrigerator * 1 air-conditioner * 1 standing fan * 1 electrical kettle * 1 set of 4 drinking glass set * Wire extension and USB type phone charger * 2 wardrobes with adult and children cloth hangers * 2 study tables and 2 chairs, 2 book shelves for reading. * Furnished flooring * 1 personal bathroom: Rain fall type shower experience woth pumped type water heater (guest can select pump or non-pump by turn a switch below water heater). * Body shampoo and shampoo also provided. * Towels and Wi-Fi are not provided. * Book shelfs with comic, story books, Hello Kitty decoration * Own balcony (Iron-grilled) I and my co-host will be happy to provide help to guests as needed. My place is closed to below locations as listed below: - 10 min to Kampar New Town & Kinta Tin Mining museum - 10 min to UTAR, KTAR, Wesley International School - 10 min to Econsave hypermarket, Mc Donald and restaurants - 15 min to KTM station / ETS Kampar - 18-20 min to Kampar Old Town (banks) - 15 min to TESCO Kampar, 18 min to Giant Kampar hypermarkets - 15-20 min to Tanjong Tualang (via Jalan Batu Sinar and Jalan Malim Nawar) - 30 min to Seri Iskandar / UITM - 30 min to Kampung Gajah / Batu Gajah - 45 min to Ipoh - 15 min to Tapah / Gopeng (highway) - 25 min to Gua Tempurung - 15-20 min to Batu Berangkai waterfall - 20-25 min to Lata Kinjang waterfall - 20 min to Mambang Di Awan You can reach Kampar Putra bus terminal in 5 min, KTM Kampar station within 15 minutes, the Kampar New Town and UTAR (in front of Mc Donald) is around 10 minutest drive away as well. There are a lot of free parking area at downstair of homestay. Water heater already upgraded to pumped type (Alpha brand) to solve the low pressure water problem facing by guests. Thank you for the guest feedback so that better service and expereince to guest can be provided. It is a studio apartment with no cooking facility, hence cooking within premise is not allowed in order to keep the place clean and safe.Wifi and towel also not provided. My unit located at second floor with staircase access only, hence may not suitable for senior citizens/elderly who are not convenience to walk up staircase or guests with heavy luggage to walk up staircase to my unit.
