Brand new appartment fully furnished with a private garage in Morges, built in 2019, 10min to Lausanne and 30min to Geneva by bus/train/car Located on the top floor, right next to the lake's promenade, 7min by walk from the city center and close to all amenities (grocery stores, fitness centers, bus station in front of the building, main train station 10min by walk). Reachable and available anytime in : english/français/deutsch/español/portuguese/italiano/srpsko-hrvatski/blgarski Direct sunlight in the morning to start the day with sunshine Panoramic terrace with a 360° view shared with all the residents I am available by phone all the time, depending on the days i can show you around, give you tips on where to go what to do, share a day/night with you according to our schedules. the best place for me is the lake's promenade, especially during summer, some cafés nearby are really enjoyable and i will be pleased to inform on where to go. The motorway is accessible in within 3 minutes. Many walking routes, biking lanes in the neighbourhood. There are many plants in the appartment and for longer stays i just ask to water the plants
