Set in a pretty conservation area within the Norfolk village of Foulsham, and built C1815, Auckland House was originally two workers cottages for Lord Hastings Estate and offers stylish accommodation for guests seeking more than just somewhere to lay their heads. There is much to love about this beautifully presented property. Sleeping five, it boasts two bathrooms, one featuring a bath and the other a shower, a separate dining room and a cosy living area with a wood burning stove, so it really does have everything you need for a great break. Perfectly placed for the coveted Norfolk triangle of the most loved things to see and do, you can be at the coast, in the heart of the Broads or in Norwich within around 30 minutes. Explore the stunning North Norfolk coastline, stopping off for a spot of crab lining on Blakeney Quay, enjoy the wide sandy beach and painted beach huts at Wells-next-the-Sea or stroll along Cromer pier and get a great view of the Edwardian seafront Auckland House is accessed via its own front gate leading up a well kept neat garden with high privet hedges and has its own front door. To the side is a shared driveway (quite narrow! where you can) drive to park at the rear of the house through a large double gated entrance Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Highchair and stair-gate. Welcome pack. Garden with sitting-out-area, garden furniture and BBQ. 2 small dogs welcome, or 1 large dog. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.
