The House with the Orange door is close to restaurants and family-friendly activities. Our facility is close to wineries in the Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale areas. Our house is ideal for couples, individuals, business travellers, families, and groups. The outside fire-pit with a moss rock seating area is one of a kind. While you stay, take advantage of our complimentary retro bikes and cruise the area of Mount Barker, in the picturesque Adelaide Hills. The House with the Orange Door is in a quite cul-de-sac. PLEASE CHOOSE GUEST SELECTION CAREFULLY, AS A CALL OUT FEE OF $120.00 WILL APPLY WHEN OPENING ADDITIONAL ROOMS AFTER GUEST ARRIVAL. (Funds must be paid on opening) * Master bedroom caters for up two guests. * Two bedrooms up to four guests. * Three bedrooms up to six guests. * Bedrooms 2 & 3 can only be accessed for additional guest only. * If requiring access to the second bedroom 4 guests must be selected. * If requiring access to all 3 bedrooms 6 guests must be selected. * Each additional room incurs a $25.00 per week AUD cleaning fee applies. * Additional cleaning fees applies per week for long term stays (over 7 days). Invoice will be adjusted to suite your stay. * When only 1 - 2 person/s booking the home you only have access to en-suite bathroom facilities, not the master with bath. This can be access however additional cleaning fees will apply. *Minimum 3 days stays apply during peak periods. * Minimum 2 night stay applies. 1 - PLEASE CHOOSE GUEST SELECTION CAREFULLY, AS CALL OUT FEES WILL APPLY WHEN OPENING ADDITIONAL ROOMS AFTER GUEST ARRIVAL. 2 - When only 1 - 2 person/s booking the home you only have access to en-suite bathroom facilities, not the master with bath.
