A quaint and tranquil semi-detached bungalow, ideally located on the quiet Lamma Island, in Yung Shue Wan suited for couple and families. Featuring an outdoor terrace ideal for relaxing, having BBQ and soaking in green views. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a pull out bed (single or king size). Bedding, amenities and towels are provided. Bluetooth speaker, TV and wifi connection. NOTE: Suited for relaxation. Parties and noisy nights are not allowed. Open-plan with vintage tile floor and modern fit-out. Lighting options to create mood. Unique high ceilings and accommodation for four adults (or kids). The washroom includes powerful shower and attractive decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped. Help is available during normal working hours. Yung Shue Long New Village is a quiet valley three-minutes walk from Yung Shue Wan main village and its restaurants, shops and cafes.. Access to Lamma's walking trails, beaches and famous dining outlets is minutes away. There are no cars on Lamma Island, so walking is the best mode of transport. The Lamma to Central ferry pier is 8 minutes walk from the property. IMPORTANT NOTE HK Social Distancing rules must be adhered to. Currently, that means no more than two families or households permitted to gather. This is a pace for relaxation and escaping the city. Guests who are looking to party are not welcome. There is a family next door and we are part of a community which needs to be respected. I remind all guests (in advance) that the house rules are no loud noise after 10pm. This place is ideal for family and couples who want to relax and enjoy the Lamma vibes, but its not for parties. Guests who do not abide by these rules will be asked to quieten down and leave first thing in the morning when the ferries resume and no refunds will be provided.
