Cosy mountain apartment in the heart of the Dolomites, in the beautiful Val di Fiemme, just a stone's throw from the centre of Cavalese. From the house guests can admire a breathtaking view of the Lagorai mountains. Very convenient location to reach the connections to the ski slopes (the cable car to Cermis is only 300 m away), and the historic centre of Cavalese, nearby grocery stores and restaurants, the ice rink and at the indoor swimming pools. Very convenient location in the winter in an area that is particularly suitable for skiing (famous around the world for the "la Marcialonga" international granfondo event) and other winter sports. In summer guests can explore the surrounding areas, enjoying relaxing and regenerating walks or bikerides. During all seasons it is interesting to visit the historic centre of Cavalese, the Parco della Pieve (playground) and taste traditional dishes in the many local breweries, dairies and bakeries (famous for their strudel). The nearby areas offer a number of Alpine huts, mountain refuges and the Cermislandia amusement park (very convenient because it is connected to Cavalese taking the cable car). The location is strategic because it allows guests to reach and visit in a day, with just short journeys, many interesting destinations in the Dolomites and in the entire region. I parcheggi pubblici sono ubicati e segnalati in via Montebello sul lato sinistro a salire adiacenti la casa. Sempre a salire lungo la via a 100 m dopo l'appartamento a destra (prima di entrare nel parco di Montebello) ci sono 20 posti auto pubblici. L'alloggio permette di raggiungere facilmente la stazione degli autubus (300 m), è inoltre possibile raggiungere anche a piedi (600 metri) in pochi minuti gli impianti di risalita del Cermis e il Palaghiaccio, e in auto gli impianti a fune e cabinovie di Predazzo/Pampeago Fiemme Obereggen, Alpe Lusia. A 25 km si trova il Lago di Caldaro. A 30 km si trova il Lago di Carezza. Ideale punto di partenza per escursioni in tutta la Val di Fiemme e della Val di Fassa e Trentino / Alto Adige.
