Spacious Apartment near Gueret, 2nd floor sleeps 5

My place can sleep up to 5 people. It is close to a bar/restaurant, shops (including a little supermarket, butcher's and baker's), pharmacy, doctor, veterinary surgery. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. It is situated in the centre of France, and is only 5 minutes from the RN145. Free parking is available immediately in front of the house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). The apartment is large, fully self-contained and can sleep up to 5 people. It is bright and airy, double glazed and very quiet. There are many historic buildings and sporting activities including walking, golf, swimming and cycling nearby. It is close to several major roads. Guests have sole access to the flat. Parking immediately in front of the house is shared. I can make suggestions as to where to eat and buy items, major attractions in the area and possibly provide things they are short of. The neighbourhood is very quiet and almost crime free. All essentials can be purchased in the village where there is also a bar/restaurant which has many events throughout the year. There is a Sunday market It can provide a central point for tourism in the area, a stop-over for people traversing France or lodging for people working or house hunting locally. Free parking is available directly in front or behind the house. There is quick access to many main roads, Gueret, Montlucon and La Souterraine stations and Limoges airport. Check-out time 10am
