BIG HOUSE

A haven of peace between nature park and sea, the house combines the charm of a large colonial-style house, and today's comfort. Everything is done to recharge your batteries, the tropical garden, the exotic wooden terrace facing the sunsets, the ball fields, the salt pool with sunbeds, Balinese bed. You will be pampered in the morning while enjoying, in front of the pool, the breakfast offered, prepared for your attention by the housekeeper. At the villa everything is provided for your comfort. 4 suites are equipped with King Size beds and the last of 2 beds in 120cm (the smaller size for 2 people) all have air conditioning and fans, so people can choose. 2 extra beds can be installed in the suites occupied by the parents, so the house can accommodate 12 people. In the upstairs lounge, there are board games, a safety box and a bar area with kettle and refrigerator. In one of the suites on the ground floor there is a desk, a TV that works with DVD player, and a 2nd safe. There is internet. To preserve the environment the pool is salt, and the solar water heater, however in case of bad weather an electric water heater takes over for the comfort of the occupants. The entire property is available to the occupants (except the technical premises entrusted to the staff) They can enjoy all the facilities: swimming pool, ball field, garden... They can pick and eat tropical fruits from the garden: mangoes, bananas, jack fruits. Throughout the stay, the couple of guards take care of the property and the swimming pool. The household, the beds and the breakfasts are prepared by them, but they do not provide the dishes for the other meals. They are always smiling and helpful. We also remain available to our guests if needed. It may be possible to have meals delivered to the villa. At home you will find a booklet with all the necessary information. Quiet but close to the Natural Park, the Crab Market and Kep Beach . We can order a taxi on arrival in Phnom Penh. Tuk-tuks come at home . It is possible to rent scooters or bicycles nearby. The house is suitable for families however parents should be vigilant with the children according to the ramp of the terrace on the first floor (see photos) otherwise for the pool it is forbidden to leave children unattended , WE FREE ALL responsibility. BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED (bread, butter, jams, honey, corn flakes,fruits juices, milk, tea, coffe ans chocolate) A FRUIT BASKET IS WAITING FOR YOU UPON ARRIVAL. CAUTION: During the COVID period, breakfast is included but not served at the table by staff, and cleaning is only done after departure. For maximum respect of the barrier gestures the guardian couple does not exchange with the occupants. We hope to be able to return quickly to normal and user-friendly operations.
