Beautiful Victorian family home in Brighton

New airbnb listing offered at a great discount. Lovely well-located house in a quiet Victorian terrace in the Prestonville area of Brighton. We are first time AirBnb hosts and so are pleased to offer our family home at a discounted price. PLEASE NOTE - two night minimum booking. We are ideally located only 20 mins walk into Brighton town centre or a £6 cab ride. The Seven Dials area is 5 mins walk away with a range of pubs, and independent restaurants and cafes. Street parking is available directly outside the house - with pay as you go parking. We can offer a visitor permit for one car which enable free parking for a weekend visit. Please ask if you would like to know a weekly charge at any point that the house is available PLEASE NOTE - we do have a dog and welcome well-behaved dogs to stay. Bedroom 1 - super-king sized bed Bedroom 2 - large double Bedroom 3 - large double Bedroom 4 - large double sofa bed Check in is from 2pm and checkout at 10 am. Do ask as we may be able to be flexible with these times. All bed linen and towels in the bathrooms are provided, and we will provide bath towels for our guests. There are three WCs (1 on each floor); a shower room with a sink and WC; a separate bathroom with large victorian style bath, shower, sink and WC. We have a newly fitted kitchen in a large kitchen-dining room with a large table that seats 8 and additional chairs can be added if required. At the back of the house we have a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and pulley drying rack. There is a separate living room with 3 sofa's/armchairs Our lovely walled courtyard back garden is a great sun-trap and has table and chairs and a garden sofa. Guest access - we will meet the guests when they arrive to handover keys. Full access to the house Other things to note Whilst we welcome groups to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries and other events in a responsible and respectful manner, but this is our family home so please do treat the house as you would your own. Important - Strictly no-smoking in the house. The house is in a residential road, so please respect our neighbours. The playing of music in the garden (or music that can be heard in the garden) is prohibited after 10pm. If we receive any complaints from neighbours, council or the police about noise or other unreasonable behaviour guests may be asked to leave the property immediately without any refund . Any extra cleaning as a result of alcohol induced illness may incur an additional minimum £100 fee. We do not accommodate groups under 25 years of age. Only the agreed group to use the property (no additional persons) without the express permission of the owners. We are ideally located only 20 mins walk into Brighton town centre or a £6 cab ride. There is a bus-stop round the corner if you wish to get a bus into town or up to the South Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with fantastic views across the south coast and Sussex countryside. The Seven Dials area is 5 mins walk away with a range of pubs, and independent restaurants and cafes. We have a number of independent gastro pubs within 5 mins of the house and a great cafe for breakfast just round the corner. For those with children within 400 m we have a pretty park with views across Brighton and the sea and a children's play area.
