We are in a small side chute off the Mary Valley, a rural area located in the beautiful hinterland of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. The Mary Valley has fertile soil and rolling green hills and is known for its fresh farm produce and many dairy farms. There are many local markets in the valley and on the Sunshine Coast. A steam train comes to Amamoor four times over the weekend and there are tours of the nearby cheese factory at Kenilworth. The Rattler a historic steam train takes people into Gympie town. Other than this tourist attraction there is no public transportation. We are happy to share our seasonal vegetables and fruits with guests. Don't be surprised to find fresh bread, macadamias, mangoes, avocados, or any other wonderful delights in your kitchen and deck table when you wake up in the morning.
